CEO Suzuki – Brief Introduction
With extensive experience in R&D and manufacturing in the semiconductor and electronic device industries, Suzuki was involved in Japan’s first implementation of AI on edge devices in a factory at Renesas Electronics. As CEO of Cross Compass, he leads the company’s strategy, bridging cutting-edge research with the practical implementation of AI to benefit society.
Message
Japan’s manufacturing sector is facing critical challenges, including labor shortages and the loss of skilled workers’ expertise and know-how. Since our founding in 2015, Cross Compass has pursued its vision of “AI Closer to You,” using cutting-edge AI to address these challenges and deliver practical, accessible solutions that empower people on the manufacturing floor.
Having worked firsthand in semiconductor and electronic device manufacturing, I firmly believe that technology only has true value when it delivers tangible benefits and peace of mind to those working on the front lines.
Our work to bring artificial life and artificial consciousness technologies into society is a natural extension of this mission. Rather than simply advancing technology, we aim to create systems that adapt flexibly to their environment and respond intuitively to human needs, truly reducing the burden on people.
