On Friday, December 26, 2025, we confirmed that spam emails (phishing emails) impersonating our company's representative were being sent to our customer service email address.

All of our employees' email addresses are in the cross-compass.com domain, and we do not use any email addresses in the outlook.com domain. If you receive an email from a domain other than cross-compass.com , there is a risk of fraud or leakage of personal information, so please do not reply, create a QR code, or click on any links, and delete the email immediately.
